Heartflood is led by founder and director, Chris Gregory. Chris is a Fellow of the Institute of Place Management and has over 25 years of experience plus cutting-edge knowledge of town and city economics, having gained an MSc in Place Management & Leadership. Chris was also previously appointed as one of a select number of High Streets Task Force Experts and is currently undertaking research for a PhD.
